Job Description:
Team members need to be hardworking and have a great attitude while being responsible for following directions. Services will be performed at high-end residential and commercial properties in a professional manner to meet our high standards of quality. The applicant will need to be punctual (if required), dependable and have good listening skills along with the ability to execute game plans.

Compensation :
Depends on experience but can range between 10,000 to 30,000 a year with commission opportunities and growth opportunities within the company depending on the employment type.

Employment type:
Full-Time Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (NO OPENINGS AT THIS TIME)
Part-Time Shift: Monday- Thursday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (NO OPENINGS AT THIS TIME)
Part-Time Shift: Flex Hours
Off Saturday through Sunday

Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Answer the phone and making schedules
Planning & Organizing company events
Organizing and tracking Safety Records
Review and Track Employee Checklist and Files
Review Morning and Afternoon Checklist
Review additional services and make to-dos
Review Time Clock Daily and Correct Mistakes
Social Media Post Weekly
Inventory and Maintenance log Tracking
Must to flexible and able to work varied schedules due to weather
Work well in a team environment and do quality work in a production scheduled pace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
All candidates must be energetic, highly motivated, hardworking, and prepared to show up on time as scheduled.
Willingness to earn additional pay and responsibilities based on performance
Attention to detail
Dependability is essential to the job
Must have reliable transportation
