Discovery

While our onsite estimate for projects are free, our design services range in cost depending on the project size. Our Landscape Designer will do a free onsite one hour consultation to learn about your needs and provide a rough estimate or price range. If you would like to move forward with a full design, we will set up a design consultation meeting. This meeting could be between 1-4 hours depending on the size of the project.

Design

After your design consultation our project specialist will spend additional hours designing your project, meeting with our project foremen to confirm the estimated budgeted time, contact out material suppliers, and tentatively structure deliveries. Our designer is always trying to keep the balance of requested items with the desired budget limits. They will work with you to find the perfect harmony of desired items and ideal budget for your needs. You can expect to receive your design in seven business days.

Build

Once you approve the designs and provide a down payment we will schedule your build! Nearing the start of your project, our Operations Manager and Project Supervisor will be in communication with you regarding timing and details of the project. Then the magic begins! Please excuse our mess as things get dirty before they get better!

Manage

We understand your yard's unique needs after the project completion. After investing in a brand new outdoor living space, we know the perfect ways to help maintain it to enjoy for years to come. Let us help maintain your outdoor space through our lawn maintenance services.

What are some of the steps the Landscape Designer is taking to make your unique design a success?

Take measurements and complete a site analysis of the property.
Enter the property site measurements and notes into CAD to create a base plan
Research any property codes, setbacks, HOA restrictions, etc.
Draft design concepts that cohesively integrate all the features that you have requested to be in your new landscape.
Meeting with you to review any design concepts, and gather feedback.
Draft design revisions from concepts plans to create your master plan.
Draft design details (for elements like outdoor kitchens, etc.).
Taking the time to make sure the right plant is in the right place, which include factors such as mature size, exposure needs to the sun, water requirements, and type of soil.
Integrating your existing plant material and redistributing existing plant material
Meeting with you to review the final landscape layout and planting plan
